The season for holiday decor IS FINALLY HERE!!! I am not going to lie, I started to slowly decorate a week or two before Thanksgiving, but I finally feel like I am at a point where I’m happy with how the house looks, and ready to share! I get asked a lot how we store everything, and I just store most of our holiday decor in bins in the garage during the off season. So that being said, I do re-use most of my decor, and only add a few pieces each year! I linked everything I picked up, plus some pieces that are available again from last year! I wanted to just create one big round up post that houses each room in our house, so apologies for a photo and link overload!!
In the kitchen and living room, I always like to create a very classic, cozy cabin vibe! I tend to decorate with pops of red and green, with some plaid mixed in! I always overdo it with fake mini trees, and I love how cute Target’s vintage car decor is! I always add red and green pom poms to my tree as well!
In my bedroom, I added garland and twinkle lights, and pulled out our cozy plaid comforter! I love how bright and festive it feels waking up every morning! The photos are fairly self explanatory, but I like to stick with traditional decor year-to-year, as I think it complements our mid-century modern furniture best. I also only use white lights, because sometimes rainbow colored lights can be a bit too much to decorate around!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!! and Enjoy!!!
