After having the pleasure of watching my lovely friend Noelle tie the knot this past weekend, I felt compelled to share at least SOMETHING about it here in a space that will live on. It was truly a magical weekend. I watched Noelle plan it and think over every tiny detail for months and months, and to see how it all came together was INCREDIBLE. She did not miss a thing. Her dress was fabulous (all 3 of them, actually!), the tent filled with string lights was one of the most beautiful spaces I’ve ever dined in, the food was phenomenal, but most of all the amount of emotion in one space was overwhelming. I told her I felt so tired the next day, even though I didn’t drink anything, just from feeling so many feelings!
With the holiday season coming up, I wanted to share what I wore, and where you can pick each piece up. I definitely put a lot of thought into my outfits, and had to try on a few different pieces to find ones that worked with a bump. I am in that weird phase of pregnancy where I have a bump, but it’s not large enough to transition into maternity clothing for dresses and tops. I definitely wear maternity bottoms, like jeans and leggings, but for dresses there’s so much extra fabric, so I’d prefer to just size up in normal dresses. Some of the dresses I ordered (which I will also share below, because I did love them!!) just did not work with my bump. They either didn’t zip, the bust was too large sized up, etc.
For the first night, the pre-wedding party, I opted to wear something with a little sparkle. I was pretty cold since it was about a 30-degree evening and I had no idea that it would be, but I absolutely loved this dress, and I will probably be re-wearing it a few times before my bump no longer fits into it this holiday season! I paired it with these strappy shoes, and added this hair clip for an extra detail, and these silver earrings. I finished the look with my YSL bag that I usually pull out for Fall weddings!

For the actual wedding, Noelle had asked her guests to wear a shade of red. After searching for weeks, I finally found this dress that was perfectly stretchy, with a little extra detailing on the arms to make it feel special. I picked up these Betsey Johnson heels to go with it (that I know I’ll rewear sooo many times). I had my hair professionally done, so I cannot take credit for this amazing updo! I’ll link this full look, plus the one dress I loved but that did not work with my bump below!

I can’t believe the weekend came and went, I am actually somewhat sad about it! These grainy iPhone photos do it 0 justice, and I am so excited to see more photos from Noelle’s amazing photographer! Thanks for stopping by, I’ll be updating the blog more this week, sorry I have been so MIA!!
