I wore this outfit for a weekend walk around City Place, and wanted to snap pictures because it’s a bit more casual than my usual, but the jeans are some of my favorites, and they are under $40 too! It is such a misconception that in order to look cute, you need to spend a lot, because this full look, cardigan included, is under $100. Sometimes you just get lucky and you find AMAZING ripped knee jeans that hug all the right places, and they’re a steal too!
That being said, I really wanted to put together a little guide of some of my other favorite affordable jeans out there that I get a lot of use out of. A lot of them are Levi’s, because I totally trust that their jeans last over time! They’re all pulled from Walmart’s We Dress America collection, which supports fashion for all, whoever you are, which is a message I support so much. Anybody can have personal style, and I love how they make it so achievable for the masses! You can also take a peek at their Trend Page, which is a more curated collection of some of the trendiest pieces on their site! Here’s my top jean picks, with the ones I have on as my (obvious) number one pick!
1 – High Rise Ankle Skinny Cuff – These are the perfect, comfortable black skinnies – they have a little bit of stretch, but they don’t bag out! The cuff is a really cute addition, and looks great with both sandals in Spring/Summer and boots in the Winter!
2 – Time and Tru Core High Rise Jeans – I love the wash on this pair, it’s a great casual everyday wash. They also have a bit of stretch, and the rise is nice and high, just the way I like it!
3 – High Rise Ankle Straight Jean – I LOVE this pair for summer – the straight leg is so flattering and awesome for warmer weather with mules or sandals, and the wash is so light and airy!
4 – Levi’s 721 High Rise Skinny – This is the pair I am wearing in the photos! It comes in a few washes, so if you like the fit there’s options to order more – they are high rise, but not super high rise. I’d call them somewhere in between high and mid-rise, to be honest. They are stretchy, so they’re SO comfortable, I love wearing them on planes.
5 – 3- Button High Rise Skinny Jean – As a tall girl, I like that the length on these is a bit longer, and not cropped. The 3-button detail also gives it a cute sailor vibe!
Let me know which jeans are your favorite in the comments!
