Italy Pt. 4: Milan Guide

Our last stop on our Italy trip with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was Milan.  We flew out of the Malpensa airport which is about 45 minutes outside of Milan, so we figured we would spend 1 day and 1 night seeing what Milan is all about. It’s an elegant city filled with hustle and bustle, and we wanted to checkout the outskirts of the city where the vibe was more laid back. Here’s my Milan Guide along with where we stayed!

MILAN THINGS TO DO

Duomo Di Milano

Similar to most of the cities in Italy, the Duomo of Milan was quite impressive. We walked by and snapped some pictures.

Navigli District

This area of Milan feels much less crowded, and we stumbled upon some adorable stores to shop and some cute places to eat lining the streets. There’s also beautiful canals!

Navigli Boat Tour

We went on a 50 minute boat tour that departed from Alzaia Naviglio Grande. The boat departs every hour, and is a fun way to see the city from a new perspective.

Rebelot

We ate dinner at this trendy spot that lines the canals. They had a delicious tasting menu!

WHERE WE STAYED

We stayed at this “luxury apartment” in the heart of the city. It wasn’t entirely our vibe, but it was in a beautiful building and had a gorgeous view of the city. Some reviews mentioned that the AC was broken, but we did not have any issues!
