an art basel brunch.

yesterday i had the day off, and vowed to soak in every waking second of the day. i did just that! if any of you work in retail (or shop around christmas time!) you know that it gets HECTIC and it is very very tiring. i love my time off to death (i love work to death too, but it’s great to have a balance!) sooo i started off the day at a brunch with Lacoste, for the art install they will be doing in their Lincoln Rd. store! It’s really cool that they found an artist to put up their window display, and it’s perfect timing with the holidays in full swing!

Then i made my way to the thrift stores, and back to Wynwood in the evening to view some galleries! It has been so so exciting and busy all over miami— it is almost indescribable. There are tourists from all over the world, most of them are artists, and they are all sharing their work and their style. My eyes were overwhelmed with inspiration. I wore lots of vintage mixes with AA for the day. i have been loving the basic pieces at American Apparel lately. It’s a phase 🙂
