There is so much talk about what to pack in your diaper bag for babies, but I feel like toddlers need just as much stuff, and I cannot even believe Charlie is entering toddlerhood. sad face! Now that he is on the go, hungry all the time, thirsty all the time, and really just living life to it’s full potential, I try to stay equipped with everything and anything he may need when we go out. It took me a while to narrow things down to my favorites, but now that I have, I want to share them with you!
First and foremost, I absolutely love my Fawn Design diaper bag. I have used this one with both of my boys, and I love that it doubles as a backpack or a shoulder bag, and that it has a ton of different storage compartments. It’s stylish and useful, so basically amazing!!
Then next up are diapers (of course!) I have used Pampers Swaddlers since day one with both of my kids, and they are incredible. Charlie has really sensitive skin, and suffers from eczema, so keeping his skin dry is so important to me. I absolutely need a diaper that keeps Charlie’s skin dry and healthy, and Pampers Swaddlers have never let me down. They have a new and improved design that is ultra-soft, and absorbent to lock wetness away from skin. I usually pack about 3 or 4 for the day!
I also love pairing Swaddlers with the Pampers Sensitive Wipes for Charlie’s skin (and for any of his or my messes – these wipes work for everything!) I keep them in this awesome wipes dispenser. It is less bulky then carrying the entire thing of wipes, and I just make sure to refill it every so often.
Next up, I always have a sun hat (and during warmer months, sunscreen!) I love this cute Peanuts one.
For snacks and drinks, I really love this school lunch bento box. I have a few different kinds, and they’re all great for different reasons. I usually will pack a spread of different foods for charlie, and he will eat some throughout the day. I also bring his sippy cup – this is the only kind he’ll use.
Lastly, I always bring some kind of toy, and a teether.
That is it! Phew, it is a lot right? Toddlers are much easier to manage when you’re one step ahead of them! Keep your eyes behind your head, mamas!
