HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!! I feel like I have been a little bit absent on the blog front, but this season is always so busy, and especially with having the kids with me, sometimes this is sadly the last thing on my list that I am able to get to. But I wanted to share gift guides over the next week or so (before the shipping cutoff!) with recommendations on things I’ve picked up for Matt in the past that he loves, and gifts I am getting for the men in my life! So here goes! I will be back in the next few days with a full gift guide for babies and toddles full of everything I picked up for my boys!
1 – Patagonia Better Sweater – This sweater comes in tons of colors, and because it is a bit pricey, it is something Matt normally wouldn’t pick up for himself. I love to treat him to one each year, and he wears them all of the time!
2 – Fjallraven backpack – These are so great to bring on hikes, and I love the look of them. If you’re looking for something generic, this is a safe bet, and everyone loves them!
3 – Nightstand Valet – I picked up this personalized nightstand valet for my Uncle from Etsy. I love that it’s from a small maker, and also that it is personalized! It’s such a great idea since most men do have all of their things scattered all over their nightstand!
4- Nanopresso – I got this for Matt for Christmas last year, and he has used it so much since! It is amazing for road trips, surf trips, camp trips, or anywhere you just want an espresso on the go! It works really well!
5 – Ember – Ok, I lowkey want one of these. I actually can’t remember if I got this for Matt, or if he got it for himself, but it allows him to change the temperature of his coffee through an app, and it keeps it warm all day. Since Matt has one, we also treated Sea and my aunt to one, and everyone loves it. It’s truly the best invention!!
6 – Knife Roll – If you know someone into baking, this is such a nice and personalized gift. When we traveled to Marthas Vineyard this summer, Matt brought all his knives since he loves to cook.
7 – Woods Design Glasses – If the man in your life likes beer, these are such a cool gift and I love that they’re handmade! It works for water drinkers too 🙂
8 – The Phoenicia Diner Cookbook – I surprised Matt with this earlier this year when it came out, and he has since used some of the recipes. Such a great gift for a guy who is into cooking, or likes brunch foods!
9 – The Great Moose Fleece – The moose fleece in this particular design just came out and I LOVE it. I even thought about getting it for myself haha. Matt owns the great moose in a solid brown, and it’s so stylish and also warm. He usually wears it on a 40/50 degree day.
10 – Canvas personalized apron – This is another gift I gave to Matt in the past few years that he gets so much use out of! Whether he’s grilling, making pizza or baking bread, it’s amazing and it has his initals in it as well!
